Minimum of 4 years experience with the PeopleSoft Financial Reporting and General Ledger applications including: the ability to lead financial reporting stream including Chart of Accounts design, legal entity structure, ledger and sub-ledger accounting Experience in implementing components of acquire to retire including eProcurement, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets Must also have experience with process and best practices within finance and accounting functional areas and how to leverage PeopleSoft functionality to support those best practices. Experience in implementing and operating PeopleSoft applications Experience designing and improving business processes around one or more of the following: Procure to Pay, Contract to Cash and Financial reporting Experience managing groups of personnel in a project environment, evaluating performance and providing performance feedback and coaching Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to resolve critical project issues by working effectively with Oracle support and client stakeholders. Ability to lead workshops, build consensus and present best practices/point of view effectively. Experienced user of PeopleSoft applications in a business setting; Experience in developing / implementing test strategies (Module-, Integration- User-Acceptance and Stress-Test) and experience in developing training materials. Must be willing to travel up to 100% Preferred Skills: CPA, CFA, MBA, or experience as an accountant or business analyst PeopleSoft Certification Experience with other PeopleSoft applications: Inventory,,Accounts Receivable, Billing, Project Costing and Contracts, Cash Management, Financial gateway Direct experience in creating business change using PeopleSoft PeopleSoft configuration, conversion or detailed process design Experience with Financial Analytics including OBIEE, EPM or Hyperion Experience with other major ERP packages Experience implementing Shared Services Software selection and CRP/prototyping skill
