Control Systems Specialist

The Empyrean Group is currently seeking a Control Systems Specialist [I&C] for a 4 month assignment with our client, a coal-fired generating station located south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Assignment details:

·         Start date:  June 1, 2012

·         End date: October 1, subject to possible extension

·         Work Schedule:  M-F: 7:30-4pm

·         Rate of Pay: DOE

·         Location:  Elrama, PA

Description: The candidate will be performing a variety of duties in support of a fully scrubbed, four-unit, pulverized coal-fired generating station. Working on a DCS: identifying conditions that would impact inner performance, monitoring various computer & software programs, and making recommendations on maintenance.  Bailey controls experience is required.

Requirements:

OSHA 10 training is preferred, will train

·         DCS, SCADA, PLC, OSI, PI-Processbook, control systems, ABB, Emerson, Delta V, & Bailey
