Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Delivery / Implementation Support
Support full cycle Implementation experience
Demonstration ability to articulate scope/schedule/budget triangle
Support of workplan development experience
Implementation experience with emphasis on project governance, change management and business process redesign
Preferred Skills:
CPA, CFA, MBA, or experience as an accountant or business analyst
PeopleSoft Certification
Experience with other PeopleSoft applications: HR, Benefits, Payroll, etc
Direct experience in creating business change using PeopleSoft
PeopleSoft configuration, conversion or detailed process design
Experience with Financial Analytics including OBIEE, EPM or Hyperion
Experience with other major ERP packages
Experience implementing Shared Services
Software selection and CRP/prototyping skill
