4+ yrs consulting and industry exp
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Delivery / Implementation Support
Support full cycle Implementation experience
Demonstration ability to articulate scope/schedule/budget triangle
Support of workplan development experience
Implementation experience with emphasis on project governance, change management and business process redesign

  • 4+ years of relevant experience (consulting firm experience highly preferred) with administration and technical aspects of HR, benefits, and employee benefit programs either as a service provider, plan sponsor, or consultant
  • Proven consulting/functional professional including at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle/Peoplesoft implementations AND 4 + years of Oracle/Peoplesoft 8.x to 9.0 implementation or upgrade experience in HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time or Talent Management
  • Strong configuration and design skills in Peoplesoft 8,.x to 9.0 or better in the HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time or Talent Management modules
  • Technical acumen adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, multi-cycle testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 100%; varies depending on project location, your home location and project on-site/virtual requirements

Preferred Skills:
CPA, CFA, MBA, or experience as an accountant or business analyst
PeopleSoft Certification
Experience with other PeopleSoft applications: HR, Benefits, Payroll, etc
Direct experience in creating business change using PeopleSoft
PeopleSoft configuration, conversion or detailed process design
Experience with Financial Analytics including OBIEE, EPM or Hyperion
Experience with other major ERP packages
Experience implementing Shared Services
Software selection and CRP/prototyping skill
