PeopleSoft HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant
Skills: HRMS, NA, Payroll, Time and Labor,Expertise both technically and Functionally, Ps 9.0,8.9
We are lookign for a PeopleSoft application analyst and subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Payroll, Time and Labor, and HR systems.
---The Person should be 70 % Functional 30 % Technical
-- Responds to Payroll/Time and Labor issues/Tickets that are opened.
-- Investigates, tests and resolves these more complex issues.
-- Works with the business owners to identify opportunities for process and/or system improvements.
-- Documents functional specs and works with application developers on developments
-- Assists in customization design, prototyping, scripting and testing. Identifies tests and applies necessary patches and fixes to the system.
-- Conducts analyses and research on a variety of issues related to the PeopleSoft payroll and time and labor applications, communicates results and makes recommendations.
-- Works with end-users to develop requirements, attends joint application development meetings, and completes end-user testing.
-- Design and development of T&L custom rules
Requires a minimum of 5- 7 years functional/Technical experience with PeopleSoft application
specifically with PeopleSoft Payroll and/or Time and Labor applications.
Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
