Primary focus of the PeopleSoft Program Manager (Financials) is to provide leadership and expertise for all project delivery and production services delivered to the business areas. You will direct, mentor and act as project manager for the PeopleSoft Treasury Cash and AR/Billing team, and make hiring and retention recommendations. Other chief functions include: · Providing estimates with detailed tasks, drivers of complexity, durations, assumptions and alternative solutions · Acting as the driving force to push strategies into initiatives and tactical application systems planning and implementation, with the goal of maximizing use of the PeopleSoft tool and business value, reducing business risk and improving productivity · Ensuring operational impacts of projects are addressed and resolved · Promoting cross-divisional efforts to seek process, tool and methods improvements in software development and deployment practices Our ideal candidate… …has earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field (or work/education equivalent.
