About the Job
Accretive Solutions is assisting our Oklahoma City area clients by providing interim resources for their project needs. We are sourcing for PeopleSoft Programmers and Analysts who can assist our clients with their technical PeopleSoft projects. We are seeking capable consultants with strong business acumen and proven experiences delivering IT solutions to solve day to day business problems.
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities will include the design, development, testing and maintenance of organization computer systems, as well as, developing new applications and improving existing ones. Candidates will also be responsible for:
- Consulting with clients to analyze and understand the functions to be automated, client needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements; Designing technical solutions from functional design specifications.
- Analyzing, defining and documenting system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and outputs.
- Converting design and specifications into computer code.
- Testing programs and developing appropriate documentation.
- Analyzing code to find causes of errors and revising the programs.
- Writing and maintaining documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
- Analyzing, installing and testing system upgrades.
- Monitoring the performance of programs after implementation.
- Providing user and management support as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, or a combination of work experience and eductaion sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret user requirements and documentation
- Ability to write reports, documentation and procedure manuals in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to be an effective and contributing team member; The ability to adapt as the project environment and project evolves and changes
- Excellent planning, organizing and self-management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
