Honeywell Building Solutions has a great opportunity available for a Performance Contract Engineer in Bismark, North Dakota. The Performance Contracting Engineer (PCE) serves as the technical resource to the sales and operations teams responsible for identifying and understanding the energy and mechanical related problems within a customer's facility in the south east region. The PCE takes site evaluation information and develops comprehensive, cost-effective technical solutions that increase the operational and energy efficiency of the site.

The PCE takes site evaluation information and develops comprehensive, cost-effective technical solutions that increase the operational and energy efficiency of the site.
A Performance Contract Engineer has the following responsibilities:
- Composing and presenting comprehensive facility analysis reports.
- Support lighting assessment, design and auditing.
- Support building automation / EMS / controls analysis and design.
- Ensuring compliance with energy and building codes
- Supporting of facilities systems commissioning, re-commissioning and retro-commissioning.
- Utility analysis and evaluation of demand-side management programs.
- Green Buildings, LEED evaluation

Basic Qualifications
- 3 years experience in energy engineering or performance contracting
- Bachelors Degree
Additional Qualifications
- Licensed PE is preferred
- AEE Certified Energy Manager
- LEED certification
- Degree in in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
