The Performance Contracting Engineer (PCE) serves as the technical resource to the sales and operations teams responsible for identifying and understanding the energy and mechanical related problems within a customer's facility in the south east region. The PCE takes site evaluation information and develops comprehensive, cost-effective technical solutions that increase the operational and energy efficiency of the site.
Honeywell is the only Energy Services Company (ESCO) with a dedicated Public Housing business. Our PHA team delivers energy and sustainability solutions to housing authorities throughout North America. HBS specializes in service of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience performing energy calculations in government, educational, or municipal markets.
- 3 years of experience in a Performance Contracting role.
Additional Qualifications:
- Energy Manager (CEM) Certification
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- LEED Certification and or CHP Certification
- In-depth knowledge of building systems and experience practiced in both energy and mechanical engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze and quantify energy consumption and savings
