An excellent opportunity awaits a self-motivated Performance Improvement Coordinator with one of my favorite clients. Are you qualified?
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited school of Nursing or a pertinent health-related field is required.
2. A minimum of five years progressively responsible professional experience in Performance Improvement/Quality Improvement is required. A minimum of two years supervisory experience is required. Experience with budget management is preferred.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements of regulatory and accreditation agencies is required.
4. General knowledge of PC and data management and word processing software packages for use in developing various departmental reports is required.
5. High level of proficiency in directing, monitoring, evaluating and motivating the performance of professional staff is required.
