Infotech Aerospace Services, Inc., an engineering services company, is a Pratt & Whitney joint venture located in Isabela, Puerto Rico.

The Performance System Analysis discipline is dedicated to providing support on simulation, analysis, and testing of aircraft engines. Practitioners plan, coordinate, execute, and report on-site engine testing; review test procedures and instrumentation requirements; perform system data analysis and generate performance data using steady and transient engine models; perform trending and analysis of engine data among other activities.

The Performance System Analysis (PSA) Discipline Chief provides solutions for high complexity tasks as well as technical leadership and guidance to engineering specialists. The candidate will be responsible for the quality of technical work and the practitioners’ capability development in operability, performance, modeling, testing and validation of aircraft engine components.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have BS/ in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. MS or PhD preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Performance System Analysis for aircraft engines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience leading, coaching, and performing reviews.

·         Able to handle uncertainty and adapt to new circumstances.

·         Ability to effectively respond to inquiries and present information to groups and senior management.

·         Demonstrates high work ethics, punctuality and effective time management. Goes the extra mile to get the work done on schedule.

·         Maintains confidentiality of technical data as well as of employee information.
