Top tier law firm seeks a facilities coordinator to support the facilities manager with on- going office management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support facilities manager with on-going facility and team related responsibilities
- Resolve problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment
- Manage the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
- Ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction
- Review invoices and ensure all required documentation is received
- Contact contractors and vendors to obtain required documentation
- Submit project related invoices using internal software
- Data entry of project related information into tracking database
- BA/BS degree
- 1 year experience in data entry or administrative type role, preferably in facilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work in a team environment in a timely and efficient matter
