Duties:
· Assist Dr. with the organization, research, and editing process of several books to be published in 2012
· Maintain regular office duties, which include editing papers to be published in medical journals and creating PowerPoint presentations to enhance the professor’s talks at health conferences, arranging travel plans, serving as medical records custodian, administering tests to patients, and routinely drafting letters and correspondence to patients, attorneys, and doctors using empathy, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

· Possible travel for an offsite medical field study
Skills needed:
· Ability to learn, understand, and explain testing procedures
· Communicate effectively with offsite chief electronic engineer and data manager
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (2007 is used here – skills need to be particularly strong in Word and Excel)
· Patience and ability to show empathy towards patients
