Personal Banking Supervisor

This position oversees the personal banking function within an assigned branch, to include promoting, referring and cross-selling bank services to new and existing customers, including opening new accounts, providing customer service and acting as a new accounts technical resource This position supervises junior personal bankers. This position makes customer calls, alone or with another officer.

A high school diploma or G.E.D.; four years of new accounts experience; accurate light typing and 10-key skills; experience using an on-line financial services system; proven sales abilities; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; and the ability to work independently and to perform well under deadlines are required. A broad understanding of banking attained by experience and/or college/AIB courses is required. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of banking industry, products, customer service and supervisory skills.
