Personal & Executive Assistant- Bloomfield Hills (20 hours/week)
Excellent part-time opportunity available to provide administrative support to a busy Executive whose office is located within their beautiful Bloomfield Hills residence. Our client is seeking a seasoned professional with at least ten years of experience working directly for a top Executive where confidentiality was of utmost importance. The Assistant will be involved with both business and personal concerns. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, handling household payroll, payment of bills (using QuickBooks), travel planning, maintaining calendar and social scheduling, etc. Will also be asked to run errands. The ideal candidate will be a very articulate, organized, detail oriented individual able to handle multiple tasks. A polished image and the ability to interact with high profile Executives is essential for success in this role. Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite and QuickBooks) are required.
The position is three days/week, 20 hours/week. Partial medical benefits could be available. Great wages commensurate with experience.
