Job Summary:  Personal Lines Account Manager that will be managing an alphabet split of 1.5 Mto 2.5M in DWP. You will be responsible for growing your alphabet through new sells, cross-sells, up-sells, retention, zero backlog, low error ratio and by automation of work flow capabilities. Do you have the experience, know how sell and service qualities to support an even increasing base of clients who count on you for detail management and pro-active risk protection? Are you able to help clients understand their insurance needs, suggest the right programs, keep them coming back and are you proficient with automated management system? If so then this is the right position for you!!! Must have your 220 License. National Designation Preferred. This is a busy growing department that offers excellent pay and benefits with a talented TEAM.  

Job Requirements:

Strong customer service experience both sales and service

Current insurance experience

Must have a 220 license

Manage all quotes and processes

Ability to manage 1.5M in DWP to 2.5M in DWP

Experience with 'APPLIED' computer system

Computer proficiency

Ability to Cross-sell and Up-sell 

Monitor and build retention levels

National Designations Preferred
