Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Nesbit Agencies is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The PL CSR is the service link between the insurance agency client and the carriers represented by the agency. A friendly, customer-service oriented personality and a positive, cooperative attitude are paramount.
The PL CSR is responsible for placement of business through data gathering, policy quoting, and other supportive tasks. Timely response to requests for quotes and placement of business with carriers is vital to the insurance agency objective of providing consistently excellent customer service to prospects and clients.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree with 0-3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
OR
Three or more years relevant work experience, which includes Customer Service management and/or sales of insurance services.
o PC experience, particularly word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
o Property and casualty insurance producer’s license.
