Personal Lines Insurance CSR (220 or 440)

Innovative Insurance is a fast growing independent insurance agency located in Venice, FL on Venice Island. We are currently hiring a fulltime Personal Lines Insurance CSR to join our team of insurance professionals. Qualified candidates should be/have:
 

·         Highly motivated, detail oriented, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and good credit history

·         Organized and efficient, with a strong commitment to personal service

·         Solid understanding of personal lines insurance required, with the ability to educate clients in a friendly, polite and professional manner.

·         Must be able to successfully work independently and maintain a high level of work flow without losing attention to detail

·         AMS 360 experience a must, with ability to learn new programs and systems as necessary

·         Excellent written and verbal skills required

·         Active 220 or 440 Florida License

Primary focus would be on providing superior customer service, quoting and processing new business applications, reviewing renewals, processing policy changes, with ability to promptly resolve concerns and satisfy customers. Experience required and Commercial Lines experience is a plus.
