PetsHotel Manager

The PetsHotel Manager will be responsible for the operations of a growing premier service offered at PetSmart.  The PetsHotel manager ensures that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable, and a fun environment. This is a hands on management position in which you’ll be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all pets in our care. The PetsHotel Manager is also responsible for creating a professional, visible business relationship with the community. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Hands-on experience managing a team of 15-30 people
• Ensure the health and safety of the pets in our care
• Drive to generate sales
• Budget control experience (payroll, shrink, sales, operating expenses, P & L)
• People management experience (staffing, scheduling, counseling, motivating employees)
• Ensure strict adherence to all PetsHotel policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Computer literate
• Willing to work flexible hours including, evenings, weekends, & holidays
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in related industry
• Minimum of 3 years working in a retail, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
