Role will involve course design, classroom delivery and in-field coaching. Seek an outstanding presenter as well as a skilled and insightful mentor. One with a proven track record of developmental impact. One who understands adult learning principles and application.
Selected candidate will combine a strong and successful pharma sales bkgd with 2+ years in training management. Proven ability to develop and present impactful training programs critical. Proven ability to thrive in a highly empowered, highly collaborative, highly entrepreneurial setting equally important. Travel is estimated at 30%.
Only candidates with a bkgd in pharma training will be considered. Company will pay top dollar for this important position. Relocation is available for an excellent candidate. |
