Pharmaceutical Data Analyst

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Managing Director of Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions and working closely with other consulting professionals, responsible for providing remote and on-site operational and client service support, providing infrastructure support for Knowledge Management and divisional Technical Support Services for Professional Services Team members.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collects, organizes and packages data effectively.
2. Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in the use of consulting tools such as Microsoft Office and Benchmarking.
3. Assists in the development of client presentations and deliverables.
4. Assists with project management activities such as issue and action documentation and status reporting.
5. Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of Associate’s degree plus 3 – 5 years of relevant experience; advanced degree (MBA/MHA/MSN) a plus but not required; some experience and broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, engineering, computer sciences or similar vocations.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements

1. Strong experience and understanding with the analysis of data and information, interpretation of same, data collection, data file and table construction, data cleansing
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
3. Demonstrated experience with analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
4. Demonstrated experience with current common business and analytical software and technology tools
