We are now adding another Clinical (Pharmaceutical) Recruiter to our team of 12 Recruiters. The opportunity is to recruit excellent Pharmaceutical / Biotech professionals (not patients) to work with our clients on
contract or contract-to-hire basis. Work involves searching internal databases and external job boards, resume screening, lot of phone calls, email, rate negotiation, follow-up, liaison with clients and selected
professionals.
It is a regular full-time position with a base salary, full benefits and very attractive commission. The work will be from our office, Monday thru Friday, and does not involve travel. Work hours are flexible too.
After mastering Inside Sales / Recruiting, it is possible to become Resource Manager (inside) or move to Outside Sales (selling Pharmaceutical Services to Corporations).
