We are currently seeking a sales professional to manage a Atlanta based territory. This position offers a great opportunity for the right person to prove themselves and earn a position as a fully loaded SJP legacy sales representative through an extended and structured transition period, leading to an opportunity to become a Regular Full-Time Pharmaceutical Representative within as little as one quarter up to a year.

Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree
· Minimum 3 years commissioned sales experience or 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience.


· Proven sustained success in a commissioned sales environments


· Strong ability to develop customer base.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and high integrity essential.
· Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
· Existing physician, wholesaler, and pharmacy relationships a plus.

Position Details:
· Sell products to diverse physician base according to quarterly Plan of Action (POA).
· Responsibility includes sales calls on physicians and pharmacies.
· Develop business plan with growth strategies to increase market share through implementation of tactics utilizing minimal resources.
· Quickly acquire thorough product knowledge of company portfolio, as well as that of competitors.
· Submit activity and results reports to management; such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
· Provide historical records by maintaining records on customer base.
· Create and deliver effective customer sales presentations based on customer needs and opportunities.
· Develop creative sales strategies to reach “hard to see” physicians.
· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
· Maintain high customer intimacy and customer knowledge of company portfolio.
· Some overnight travel potentially required.

Compensation:
· Annual salary includes base draw, plus a monthly car allowance and expense reimbursement allowance. Upon successful completion of the transition period, increased benefit privileges, company car and participation in the Sales Incentive Compensation pool will be awarded.


 


Thorough background check, including criminal, driving and credit, as well as complete verification of references and prior employment will be conducted prior to offer.  Pre-employment drug screen also required.
