Victory Pharma offers the right candidate a unique full-time entry level pharmaceutical sales opportunity to market its products to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants and Pharmacists.

Job Summary:

- Establish and own a sales territory and successfully expand it

- Utilize sales data to create and execute strategic territory management

- Meet/exceed individual sales goals and objectives while contributing to the achievement of the regional and national team

- Develop, prepare and execute a call plan for each customer predicated on meeting customer's needs

- Increase demand for company products by delivering a high level of service and value 

- Manage incentive plans, target lists, sales resources, and budgets

- Actively participate in all Victory Pharma training and sales meetings

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS degree or higher level of education with 1-2 years sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and be flexible as well as creative. Proven history of sales achievements highly preferred.  Solid work ethic and strong customer focus are essential.
