A nationally recognized compounding pharmacy in the Metrowest Area seeks a bright and enthusiastic Staff Pharmacist to fill a position in a professional laboratory setting.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with skills and experience in all aspects of pharmacy services.  As a member of our pharmacy team, this candidate will have excellent leadership qualities and will assist the Director of Pharmacy with the pharmacy operations.  The chosen candidate will become competent in all areas of pharmaceutical compounding.  This team player will play an important role in the fulfillment of all prescription orders and support of all pharmacy staff. 

Responsibilities include:

• Work as part of the Pharmacy Operations Team (POT), including Registered Pharmacists, Head Technician, Sterile Technician, Staff Technicians and members of the Date Processing/Facility Order Fulfillment Staff;
• Insure that all sterile compounding activities are performed in observance of USP Chapter <797>, and other local, state and federal pharmacy and compounding guidelines;
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·         Pharmacist currently Registered and Licensed in Massachusetts; and,

·         At least 3 years of experience.

This is a full time position, working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.  We offer excellent salary, generous benefits, including paid time off and holidays, health, dental and 401k with company match (plus much more), and future growth potential.   We do not do third party billing.
