Our client a modern state-of-the-art acute care specialty hospital seeks a Director of Pharmacy to lead and manage all departmental activities.

The Director of Pharmacy is responsible and accountable for organizing and providing pharmaceutical services to all hospital departments and ensuring the department meets all legal and accreditation requirements. The Director manages the operations of the pharmacy; develops and prepares strategic planning, departmental goals, objectives, and budgets; develops implements, and monitors operating procedures; and performs personnel management and supervision tasks.

Qualifications:

▪          Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

▪          Advanced degree or specialty training desirable.

▪          Current Wisconsin pharmacy license or eligible. 

▪          3-5 years hospital pharmacy experience with increasing responsibilities, in a supervisory or a management role.

▪          Proven leadership and communication skills
