Pharmacist (Full Time, PMs) - Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital

DUTIES: The pharmacist is to promote positive patient outcomes for patients and families of ProHealth Care utilizing pharmaceutical care. The pharmacist incorporates and demonstrates customer service strategies in order to achieve the organization’s goal of – RESPOND WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE, RESPECT, AND COMPASSION. The Pharmacist will also verify and approve the work of Pharmacy Technicians, enter and/or verify physician medication related orders, participates in Performance Improvement (PI), Drug Use Evaluations (DUE), Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) and clinical programs of the pharmacy to meet departmental and hospital goals, and precepting pharmacy students.

REQUIREMENTS of a Pharmacist: Seeking candidates with previous hospital experience. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. Must hold a current license to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin. PharmD degree and/or accredited clinical residency is preferred.
