We have an outstanding opportunity for a full time Pharmacy Manager to supervise and direct the day to day operations of a start up pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all laws of the CT State Board of Pharmacy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Fill new prescriptions and refills of medications using required forms of compliance packaging; Primary contact between the pharmacy and the Centers and provide drug consultation services as required; Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pharmacy employees and assume responsibility for other duties related to personnel; Manage claims/billing and conduct profit and loss/gross margin analysis; Participate in Medical staff meetings and other Center meetings required.
Job Requirements: Current CT Pharmacy licensure, contract experience, experience with basic software and billing practices, candidates will be subject to a standard license and background check.
