Full Time Pharmacy Technician
Pharmacy Distribution Center, Tewksbury, MA
Description: You’ll assist in various pharmacy activities, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and other duties not requiring the review of a pharmacist. The majority of tasks and responsibilities are related to preparing, dispensing, and distributing medications. Other duties include maintaining patient records, and setting up, packaging, and labeling of medication doses and billing.
Qualifications:
· Certified pharmacy technician with MA licensure and registered.
· Previous pharmacy technician experience in a hospital
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
Facility: The Pharmacy Distribution Center is located in the State Office of Pharmacy Services building. It serves approximately 44 sites with 22,000 beds and is managed by CPS.
