In this entry level position, you will work under close supervision to learn phlebotomy for plasma collection. Your responsibilities will include determining donor suitability; monitoring donors/equipment to ensure health/safety; performing set-up and clean-up duties; calibrating/maintaining machines; documentation; and maintaining familiarity/compliance with state/federal regulations. Your customer service skills will assist you in building rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term donation.
High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification and phlebotomy certification with healthcare experience preferred. Strong customer service skills are essential.
