Large Cable company is seeking call center reps for customer service positions with EXCELLENT growth opportunities and great perks. Positions are responsible for billing and repair, service issues, troubleshooting customers’ technical problems with equipment, answering general inquiries, and managing customer accounts. 1. High School or GED,
2. Min. of 1 year of previous/verifiable Call Center experience,
within the last 7 years OR A MIN. OF 60 COLLEGE CREDITS
