H&H Color Lab Inc. is a highly respected full service photofinishing lab for professional portrait, social, school, sports and event photographers.  We service clients throughout the United States and are recognized as a leader in the industry.  Our Customer Service Representative is the front line for providing our customers the attention they need and their source of knowledge to answer questions. 

The qualified individual will primarily provide seamless, first class customer support for professional photographers for technical and non-technical issues.  The customer service representative will answer inbound telephone calls and is responsible to manage and resolve customer questions and issues that may include expediting orders, analyzing and problem solving, technical support, troubleshooting, customer training, sales, software issues and proactive calls.  This support is provided over the telephone or via email.  Ability to listen and communicate clearly is essential.  Experience in school, sports and/or event photography is a plus but not a requirement.  


Must have proficient keyboard skills, working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Products, PhotoShop (CS3, CS4) and an understanding of both PC and MAC operating systems.  Must be familiar with the internet and related usage.  Two years of college majoring in photography, photographic studio experience or technical training is preferred.  The ideal candidate will have the above skills plus a strong working knowledge in photographic lighting and image capture, working with digital files and related issues of file management, color calibration and digital work flow. 

Need to have working knowledge of digital file evaluation, ability to see good color and density plus cropping and image interpolation.  Must possess a balanced and professional skill-set which consistently delivers superior technical and non-technical support when answering questions and advising our clients on the phone.

Superior customer–focused communication skills combined with a passion to service and assist our customers is vital to successfully helping our customers who have varying degrees of photographic skills, knowledge of our software programs, technical knowledge and computer skills.
