Physical Therapist

Current Mass license req.

Details: - You must have a valid Mass. drivers license.

- Good organization, problem solution & analytical

skills.

- Good verbal & written communication skills req.

- Homecare experience is preferred

- Min 1 yr recent med/surg exp in acute care

setting pref.

Provide Physical Therapy services to patients and

families in their homes. This includes

coordinating evaluations, prescribed treatments,

referrals to other disciplines and discharge plans

for assigned patients. Qualifications include

graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist

degree program and good communication skills.
