Stafford Healthcare is a 165 bed Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing facility with incredible views of the Puget Sound. The therapy department offers sub acute inpatient therapy. Consonus is expanding the therapy services at Stafford Healthcare and has incredible stable, caring and hardworking staff. Consonus therapy department focuses on a variety of programs including stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, and prosthetic/orthotic training. Our therapists work with a full time Rehab Aide for transporting and treatment assistance. Consonus offers excellent training and one on one mentorship program. The qualified candidate will have the appropriate degree and be a licensed therapist in the State of Washington. Consonus would like to find more therapy staff for this facility interested in sub acute inpatient and developing outpatient therapy programs.
