Our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team is made up of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. We provide rehabilitation services to a broad variety of patients across all settings in the continuum of care. From our two acute care hospitals to our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Health Services and Outpatient Rehab Clinic, our therapists can experience all stages of a patient’s recovery.
