Froedtert Health is currently seeking a Physical Therapist who is responsible to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. This position also participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services.
Requirements
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current PT license with the State of Wisconsin
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license for staff who are required to drive during the workday
