The Physical Therapist provides safe and effective physical therapy services including the evaluation of physical performance ability to persons impaired by physical illness or injury, congenital or developmental disability and/or the aging process.
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education is required.
Current Illinois license and CPR certification required.
Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm with 1-2 Saturdays per month.
1 to 3 years experience.
