Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient Clinic Manager

Location: Kenmore/Woodinville, Washington Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise both therapy and administrative staff and ensure compliance
with clinic policies and procedures.
• Provide direct patient care including the initial evaluation,
determination of the treatment program, and implementation of the
treatment program.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of the patient’s progress in
cooperation with other members of the health care team. Maintain an
up-to-date record of individual patient treatment sessions.
• Oversees the maintenance of the clinical records in accordance
with the facility’s policy and procedure manuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors or Higher in Physical Therapy and licensed in the State of Washington
Ideal candidates must be dedicated and motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude.
2-5 years of experience required. Orthopedic background and Management experience a plus.
