This is a Monday through Friday position and you are a salaried employee of the facility.  The positions comes with  full benefits and a relocation package is available.  This facility has an 18,000 square foot clinic that is used for therapy, and is also a fitness center.  They have a lap pool and a separate section of the pool used for aquatic therapy only.  The therapists have their own laptops to make documentation easier and their offices overlook the gym, where the patients and members are working out.  Some of the therapist live right their in town and the others live in the mountains.  Cost of living and housing is very affordable.  Currently under construction is a brand new clinic they are building down the street from their current facility. Clearly, in this weak economy, this group is doing very, very well, offering lots of stability, and continued growth.

The organization that I am representing is therapy owned and operated and has a family atmosphere that is warm and inviting.  The four owners are all married and have children.  They want an equal balance  of work and family.  This carries on down to their employees as well.
