PHYSICAL THERAPISTS

Washington & Hancock County, Maine

Community Health and Counseling Services is looking for Physical Therapists to help provide services in their Washington and Hancock County Health Services Programs.  CHCS has Per Visit openings through our Agency, the rate being $65.00 per visit.

You will provide assessment, planning, and provision of appropriate services as part of total care plan.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Therapy; Maine PT license & one year related experience.
