Physical Therapy Assistant
About the Job
Immediate opening available for a dynamic, reliable and responsible Physical Therapy Assistant to work with a well respected rehab team. Flexibility to control your own hours and caseload. Located in rehab facility and outpatient clinic in adjoining buildings in the city of Pasadena. Focus on patient care - not paperwork or administrative tasks. Caseload is predominantly orthopedic, with a mix of general medical and neurological patients. Most patients are short - term and highly ambulatory. Treatment is largely directed at strength and balance training to facilitate reduced fall risk.
Independent contractors and new graduates are welcome. Will accept applications for full time, part time, per diem and independent contractor status.
Hours, compensation and benefits, which include paid days off and health insurance, are negotiable.
The applicant must possess a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant and be licensed to work in the state of California.
