PHYSICAL THERAPY SUPERVISOR

POSITION
Responsibilities include day-to-day clinical operations of the Physical Therapy Department taking accountability for quality management, management of staff and departmental operations, fiscal management, and records and reports. Demonstrated skill in patient care, customer service, interpersonal communications, teambuilding and leadership required.  Supervisory or leadership experience is a must!  Current Massachusetts licensure and a Masters Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.  Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred.  This position reports into and collaborates with the Clinical Manager.
