Marketing agency has an immediate opening for an experienced recruiter to help the Army Reserve recruit physicians in specialty areas, such as Orthopedic Surgeons, General Surgeons and more. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. It will be the responsibility of the recruiter to contact the prospect, screen the candidate and follow-up with the prospect throughout the entire recruiting process through Accession. This job is a lot of hard work, but very rewarding.  You can help our nation's soldiers.

 Job Responsibilities:

Send out application packet information to prospects and maintain ongoing contact and follow-up with the prospect through the entire ARMY Reserve Medical Corps Recruitment process -- through Accession.

Handle both in-bound calls from prospects and out-bound cold calls to prospect physician lists.

Screen and pre-qualify potential prospects.

Make sure all application materials are complete and accurate for ARMY approval.

Maintain prospect information in internal database that tracks the prospect through the recruitment process.

Complete all reports in a timely manner, both internal reports and external reports for the ARMY.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year as a Physician Recruiter is required. College Degree preferred.
