Azimuth Corporation is seeking a Physicist interested in research and development (R&D) in general physics and nonlinear optics.  The ideal candidate is a recent graduate at the post-doctoral education level. Tasks involve non-linear optics and non-linear materials in the research of laser interactions in the visible and IR spectrums.  Candidate will have knowledge of lasers, nonlinear materials, and holography or crystals and doping.  Researcher will be assigned research tasks working with a team of researchers.  Expectations include publishing results and presenting finding at various technical meetings.  The candidate will have active knowledge of lab equipment, laser technology such as beam coupling, and lab procedures, including spectroscopy and SEM.
