ASK Staffing is currently seeking a picker packer/ forklift operator for an oportunity in Elgin,Il.

This position:

• Performs stockroom duties of a routine nature.
• Has knowledge of stockroom work procedures, process flow, and protocols.
• Has working knowledge of SAP stockroom transactions.
• Has basic working knowledge of SAP functions relating to other warehouse operations.
• Coordinates with goods receiving, logistics, production, and shipping departments to ensure timely stocking and picking.
• Conducts cycle counts in accordance with procedure.
• Responsible for accuracy of inventory count and stock movements.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

Visually inspects parts while stocking or picking for damage.

Pulls parts from stock per pick list, kits material as needed, and locates in assembly holding area.

Checks count on inventory while picking parts to ensure correctness.

Performs cycle counts as required by auditors or accounting.

Performs pick and reserve of orders as required.

Picks and fills stores requisitions as required

Updates storage location and bin location information as needed.
