Position Responsibilities

• The individual in this position will interact with Chemists by following their formula for the batch.
• Must be able to understand the batch procedure, monitor equipment, batch temperature, and follow the procedure.  
• Ability to identify when a step in the process in reacting contrary to expectations and take proper action to resolve.
• Complete batch processing independently.  
• Run the process accurately and safely. 
• Perform required QC tests the day of batch or day after. This includes weigh up of raw materials, testing batch after completion for viscosity, EEW, non volitiles plus other tests as needed.  
• Consistent delivery on commitments to  customers.  
• Communicate to all appropriate levels
  

Position Requirements

• High School diploma
• 2 - 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment making batches
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Energy and initiative
• Self Starter, Organized and Good communication skills
