This opening is for a presales Solution Architect to support the HP Sales team covering State and Local Government accounts in Florida.   You will be expected to understand the customer's technical and business requirements and map the requirements to HP Solutions.
 
This is a quota bearing position and you will be an integral member of the sales team.
 
 


Strong technical knowledge in:
-       Server and Storage Engineering
-       Networking Fundamentals
-       Systems Management Software
-       MS Operating System environments
-       Consolidation and Virtualization solution sets (VMware, XenServer, Hypervisor)
-       Prior presales experience and strong presentation skills required
-       Strong verbal and written skills
-       Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical
        Environment
-       Ability to work independently as well as in a teaming environment
-       Ability to travel as needed (this position will require travel of at least 25%)
-       BS degree or equivalent
