Pipeline Integrity Engineer

Manage, implement, and document the Integrity Management Program (IMP). Duties include:

-Assessing integrity threats
-Make recommendations for appropriate integrity assessment method to assess identified threats
-Execute integrity assessments in a timely manner that is in agreement with the IMP
-Assess the results of integrity assessments, prepare dig lists, and communicate the results within the company as necessary
-Integrate all available historical information to develop /document a comprehensive integrity picture of the line segments being assessed
-Maintain/update the risk model database; develop an appropriate action plan and reassessment interval based on the results of the integrity assessment
-Run and evaluate the results of the risk model application software annually or as updates/new acquisitions require
-Provide input and facilitate the risk assessment process
-Maintain/update the preventative and mitigative actions tracking guide and P&M implementation process
-Coordinate/facilitate the HCA update process
-Provide technical support for construction, repair and excavation crews
-Support business development to perform due diligence of potential new assets from an integrity perspective
-Position will ensure project compliance with Federal and State regulations.
-Act as resource on issues related to system evaluation such as failure analysis, program effectiveness, and risk analysis
-Perform other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in engineering and 1-2 years pipeline experience;GIS experience (Arcview/ESRI); Database experience (SQL/Access); Hydrostatic testing knowledge; exceptional computer skills.
