PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER (PRE-LIT/LIT)

Plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking a case manager to work on pre-lit and lit files. Person must have experience in handling all aspects of both pre-lit and lit files and comfortable working with a large number of cases. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers; writing demand letters; negotiating; working files up for trial; and performing support tasks for supervising attorney. Fluency in Spanish and English a plus as is experience with Client Profiles.
