RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of newly established Program Planning & Control (PP&C) organization in CSD, the candidate will be responsible for the implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning & control practices supporting the NYCWiN Program. The candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities: Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must have a complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards; full knowledge of industry practices, and be able to independently demonstrate the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks. BS plus Min 6 + years of project / program scheduling and program controls. Min 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Project software. Candidate must have the ability to work with Senior internal/external managers in developing strategy as related to this area of expertise. Excellent communication skills are required including training development and delivery and guidance of the scheduling/project control staff, and working with customer and contractor CAMs to extract details to develop schedules and procure status on weekly business rhythm and interface with PP&C team to support monthly CPR business rhythm. Must be a local candidate.

LOCATION:   Brooklyn, NY

PAY RATE:  $40-$52 per hr

DURATION:  3-12 months+
